Socialize if you want to be thin

One of the alternatives to diets with no results could be socializing, say U.S. scientists who have found that in the company of other people, we lose weight, while living in isolation stimulates fat deposits.

According to a report by them and published in Cell Metabolism, active environments stimulate the conversion of fat white (ie unhealthy) in brown fat (ie healthy). But what is white fat, brown fat, good fat and bad fat?

Just as with cholesterol, not all dangerous items that you know hurt us. Moreover, it seems that fat is sometimes very healthy! Thus, the white accumulates around the waist, abdomen, internal organs and causing suffocating different serious condition.

However, brown fat is to regulate body temperature by burning energy. So, while brown fat burns calories, the white stores them. We all are born with a considerable amount of brown fat, which we lose during our life. By comparison, white fat accumulates with the passage of years, affecting our health.

Paradoxically, obese people have a smaller amount of fat than others, but of course we’re only referring to the brown fat.

So what could be the link between fat white, brown and the extra pounds? Socialization and all the emotional challenges involved in keeping us in a continuous state of alert, which causes an increased calorie burning, thus melting the white fat in favor of brown.
