Doing Sports Helps Regenerate Bones
We all know that sport is similar with good health. Nothing is new — it improves circulation, stimulates metabolism and helps neuronal regeneration. But American scientists have discovered yet another link between movement and well being: stem cells.

According to a study published in the Journal of the Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology, movement causes a certain type of stem cells to turn into bone. According to certain stimuli, these cells change, naturally, in bone or fat.
Laboratory experiments performed on mice have shown that aerobic rather stimulates bone production, while sedentary them into fat.
“Interestingly, even a modest exercise program be successful,” said one of the authors, adding that “the effect that sport has on our health is comparable to pharmaceutical intervention. The movement has a real impact on stem cells, influencing how to distinguish them.”
Therefore, go to the shop, buy yourself a new pair of running snickers, a set of training pants and a top and go out in the park. It’s going to help your bones, not only your general well being.
