What dog breed do I choose for my children

Before you choose the right dog for your child, you need to know more about his personality as this differs from race to race. And do not forget! Sometimes a stray dog could be the cheaper, better option, mostly because some people say that these dogs are more docile.

Golden Retriever

The difference between him and a Labrador is the Golden Retriever is slightly smaller. This dog is intelligent, confident and loyal. It is neither aggressive nor timid, is patient and very active.

Labrador Retriever

The Labrador is one of the most praised races – and for real justice. It is protective, playful, affectionate, patient, basic and cool. It is ideal for families.

Poodle

Lately, the poodle got some bad press — mainly because of all those fastidious chick who cut his hair and dyed it in funny styles. The poodle is an intelligent and gentle dog. He needs special care because of the coat. This dog is proud, elegant, friendly, kind and patient.

Irish setter

An Irish Setter can be recognized by his reddish fur. It is energetic, loves people and knows how to play with children. A Setter needs plenty of physical activity. It is smart and easy to train. He like open spaces, so it’s good to have your own yard or be close to a park

Vizsla

You might not know about Vizsla, but be happy that we’re telling you more about this breed. Vizsla dogs are very good for children because they are gentle, educated, loyal, affectionate and calm. Vizsla dogs are obedient, trust you, are intelligent and learn quickly. On top of that it doesn’t have a strong canine odor.

Newfoundland

Called “Nature’s babysitter”, this dog loves children and is very protective. Gentle, kind and patient, it can be compared with a nanny. The dog drools and sheds a little more compared with other breeds, but it has a great soul. The Newfoundland is a dog that shouldn’t be kept in the yard, because they prefer to stay indoors.
